Stephanie Holley is the Vice President of Student Access and Success at the University of North Texas at Dallas. Ms. Holley’s team includes the offices of student solutions, undergraduate admissions (including freshman and transfer admissions, new student orientation, campus tours and visit programs, and new student orientation), academic advising and student success (including the testing center and student success coaching), financial aid and scholarships, and student affairs (including counseling and wellness, career services, disability services, veteran’s success, student involvement and organizations, leadership and multicultural programs, and student health services). During her time at UNT Dallas, she and her team have worked tirelessly to increase enrollment to more than 4,160 students, and significantly improve university retention and graduation rates. Since fall 2015, enrollment has achieved a 68 percent growth under her leadership. Ms. Holley has over 30 years of professional leadership experience in educational environments, with special expertise in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating major programs, projects and people. Previously serving as Dean of Enrollment Management at Texas A&M University-Commerce, Ms. Holley built an enrollment team that facilitated a 33 percent growth in the undergraduate population, which established the campus as the most diverse and fastest growing in the Texas A&M University System. Ms. Holley earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education for the Hearing Impaired from Texas Woman’s University and her Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Argosy University.
